Is there a limit to how many design requests I can make?
Subscribers can add as many design requests as needed and they will be executed one at a time.
What is the turnaround time for each design?
Most tasks will be completed in two working days or less. However, please note that complex tasks can take longer to complete.
Who are the designers?
We have a roster of industry-tested designers who specialize in a variety of niches. Check our LinkedIn page to know more about our team.
What software do you design with?
Our designers predominantly use Adobe Suite and Figma but are flexible to work with the software of your choosing, should the project call for it.
How do I request designs?
It’s simple: once you subscribe, we will give you access to your own Trello board to request designs from us. However, this is open and we can also work in a way that is convenient for you.
What if the delivered design needs revision?
It’s not a problem. We will revise your designs as many times as needed.
Can I get a refund if I get designs and don’t like the service?
No, we can waive off your charges on an individual design but it will be impossible to issue refunds for designs already created.
